sweater love

radfrac_archive_fullI love my new sweater. La la la. There were lots of lovely things given and received this year, but today the gigantic brown zip-front sweater my brother gave me is my favorite. I look sort of like the mutant offspring of Starsky and Hutch, but I can accept that. Also, I think men don't usually wear Ass Sweaters (sweaters that hang down so far they embrace your butt in a swath of woolen love) but I am too delighted to care.
The bus ride to the new job is crowded, but I walk up to the first stop, so I always get a seat on the way there. I'm usually standing on the way home, but since I've been sitting all day, and since I have mastered the talent of reading while standing up, it's not so bad.
