I was going to post the second part of My Mother's Table here, but then if any of my mostly hypothetical readers wanted to consume the whole thing, they'd have to read the entries in reverse. That seemed sort of silly, so instead I've just added it below the first part. Changing the records, disrupting the archive. I'm so ahistorical.

To my surprise, it turned out to be a sort of Sandman-y tale, complete with mysterious stranger. I'll tell you if Neil Gaiman calls and wants his story back.
