Quite right about the stucco. The plaster was just sales talk. I thought it would be sort of funny to call it plaster when it was clearly Exterior Textured Finish. I do call it stucco above that, in the non-sales section, but that's not going in the brochure, of course.
It's true, you have one of the more impressive housing resumes I know of. Now I am trying to think what a really good unlikely material for a house is. Pudding, maybe. Or Patent Leather.
